Are you looking for a more effective way to understand your company’s direction and employee satisfaction? Traditional surveys often fall short. Employees may feel hesitant to share their true feelings, or the process may feel too formal to foster honest communication. That’s where Majority Rules comes in, transforming company feedback into an engaging, fun experience that naturally encourages employees to be more open and authentic while building a stronger team in the process.
How it works.
Majority Rules is an interactive game designed for corporate functions that helps management gather key insights about the company’s culture, employee satisfaction, and future direction. The game format takes the pressure off employees, who might otherwise hesitate to be candid in standard surveys. By participating in Majority Rules, employees share their perspectives in a relaxed, playful environment, giving management more honest and reliable data about the company’s strengths, weaknesses, and overall atmosphere.
Why is it more effective than standard surveys?
Surveys can feel impersonal and even daunting, often leading employees to provide safe, filtered answers. In contrast, Majority Rules encourages participation through friendly competition and group dynamics. Employees feel comfortable sharing because the game is fun, social, and low-pressure—meaning you get to the heart of what’s really going on in your company.
Each participant joins the game using their smartphone.
No apps - just visit www.ccg.buzz and enter the game code provided by the host.
A question pops up on the massive 150" screen with two possible answers—these are lighthearted, general questions designed to get the crowd excited and ready to play.
Participants vote on their phone for the option they believe is true.
The game tallies the votes. Points are awarded to those who pick the answer that receives the most votes. The faster you vote the more points you score!
After each question, the leaderboard updates to show your current score. For added anonymity, real names can be replaced with playful usernames, encouraging honest responses.
Just when you think you’ve got it down, the game ramps up: suddenly, there are 4 answer options instead of 2, and point values are doubled! But there’s a twist—choose the answer with the fewest votes, and you’ll lose all your points. Each round offers a new chance to climb the leaderboard, alternating general questions with assessment questions to keep things lively and prevent the usual company survey fatigue.
